I've been going here for years, we live nearby. Pharmacy is generally good, occasionally out of a script but not too bad. Verica in the cosmetics is the reason for 5 stars! She's always got a good suggestion, a coupon and a smile. She's saved me a ton but also is just really nice. A dedicated cosmetics employee is not usually expected in a drugstore but what a welcome sight!

The worst Walgreens ever. My wife's surgeon called in two prescriptions. They filled one and not the other. I asked which one they filled. She gave me a long name. I asked what it was. She looked at me this dumb look on her face and said I Don't Know. Then she walked away.

Worst pharmacy wait times I have ever experienced. All Walgreens are terrible but this one takes the cake for being the worst

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered. The pharmacy can not handle the basic functions of their job and have atrocious customer service. They never answer their phone and act irritated that they have to actually fill prescriptions at all. Does Walgreens corporate have any standards at all? They are losing my family's business.

For years now, no one in pharmacy picks up the phone (not just a COVID thing). In the past, I've even gone there in person to try and clarify "xyz" question because waiting on hold gets no where. Today is the day I leave a review due to the multiple times this happens. It appears online that a rx order did not go through, and I wanted to clarify what happened on the receiving end before reaching back to the prescribing physician. No such luck.I'll add that a little support by anyone in pharmacy would help such as helping with discount coupons. Husband had a $400 dollar prescription that he filled at a competitor for $20 because they assisted with the "coupon process."

I'm a very patient and understanding person and with with Covid pharmacies are very busy but this Walgreens seems to go out of there way to do the least they can do for you. My doctor prescribed a migraine medication and sent the script to Walgreens. Walgreens sent me a text saying they received it and it would be ready for pick up in the morning . I went to pick it up and was told I had no prescription ready. I showed the text message and the reply was insurance refused to pay so they did not fill it. I asked the cost and was told 6.50. I told them I would pay myself and was told it would be ready in the afternoon. I returned, waiter in line again and when served was told again I had no prescriptions ready. Then I was told insurance denied payment because this medication is available over the counter and I could just buy it there. Why this information was not given to me during my 1st visit is baffling, I believe they are so busy, disorganized, and short staffed they are over their heads. I have other similar stories dealing with the pharmacy but take my advice, avoid if you can any dealings with this pharmacy

Forget trying to call the pharmacy here. I always refill online and would neer call unnecessarily but my doctor asked me to call to ensure they had my medication available as there are current inventory problems with it. 3 calls, 15 minutes on hold each time only to be hung up on 3 times. Impossible.

Worst drug store on the planet. Literally go anywhere else. Super unreliable people, insanely long lines. Pharmacist did not have even a second to explain the drugs she was handing out. Getting prescriptions filled takes FOREVER. Rudest most unhelpful people on planet earth.

If you're thinking of picking up your prescriptions here go some where else ! They are doing drive thru window Covid testing passing live Covid tests back and forth thru the drive up window. The delays are at least 5 cars long and 30 or more minutes. I was behind a guy last Wednesday who while at the drive thru window, got out and tried to take a sample from the screaming kid with the q tip or whatever it is for 5 minutes . I will absolutely avoid the risk of getting Covid at this drive thru and go somewhere else that doesn't invite Covid testing. Scary.
