This is no longer a TCF bank, it's now Huntington Bank. I went there today with my loose coins in a jar, to have them counted in the coin counting machine. It's no longer there, Huntington discontinued this service. The coin counter was the reason I originally opened a TCF account several years back. The Huntington bank teller told me that she could give me paper rolls so I can roll up the coins. Seriously? It would take me a week to separate and roll up $93 worth of Pennie's, nickels, dimes and quarters. Forget that! I went to Liberty Bank and dropped them into their coin counting machine and in less than 5 minutes, it was done. I'm considering closing out my Huntington account since their customer service is zero.

Never had a problem at any TCF in 20 years then forced to come to this one located at 1 w devon, park ridge, il and I was treated horribly.

Because of Covid-19, lobby not open. Expect long line and long wait for drive up.

I would give them a -5 if I could. Customer service is terrible. Very unprofessional. My debit card was compromised and their fraud department didn't catch it. They take their own sweet time investigating it and so the customer is out the money until TCF decides to replace it. Terrible bank. Don't do business with them.

Great hours! Open at 8 and open later than most banks for people who work longer hours.
