Very nice storage facility. Really like that it's heated, not only the lockers but 4 cars will fit in the heated space. When it's 10° at Christmas time it's nice and warm to get your stuff.

We needed to move to a bigger storage unit because we have things to store after my mother in law’s passing. Maggie helped us transition from one unit to another seamlessly. She was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. She is an asset to The Lock Up. We also spoke to the manager, Ella. She was equally knowledgeable, personable, helpful and respectful to us. In addition, Ella treated Maggie very well. It was nice to see a manager work in harmony with her staff. As customers, this is very important to us. Kudos to a job well done.

The Park Ridge Lock up office manager was very resource when I rented a unit. I also liked having use of their truck to move in my furniture free of charge for 3 hours.

Staff was pleasant and made check in process seamless. Free lock and move-in truck was a big plus. Storage space is clean and climate controlled. Price is reasonable and itemized in receipt. Two thumbs up here.

The team at the Park Ridge facility is fantastic. They are very flexible and fair. While everyone I worked with was professional, Elie was above and beyond exceptional. In terms of the facility itself, clean, comfortable, and easy to get in and out.
