Zero understanding of scheduling or reservations. A reservation that I made two weeks prior was an hour late. When I asked for a discount, I received 5 dollars off of the furniture blankets. Upon returning the truck I got charged 15 dollars for not putting the blankets back in a bag. They were folded and stacked but not returned back into a plastic bag. It is my fault that I didn't realize to put them back, however I am upset about the disregard to my initial reservation. When I called them to ask for the money to be refunded, they said to call the 800 number, which has a wait time. Don't use this company, no customer service. Look for alternatives.
