The pharmacy closes at times that the public comes home from work which is very inconvenient. Product is mislabeled on shelves. Seven personnel inside pharmacy, but it often takes up to ten minutes to find the prescription. Often the AI notifies that a prescription is ready , but upon driving to store one finds that the prescription has not even begun to be prepared. The administrative system is abysmal.

Worst Pharmacy Ever! Don’t ever come here. They are so bad and unprofessional. We were on the phone for them for almost an hour to talk about a prescription. And then someone hung up on us. This is not a pharmacy to go to at all.

So told my prescription wld be ready on Wednesday. I let it go. On Thursday it still showed processing. Today (Friday) I called to find out it was v
Backordered and I SHOULD contact CVS pharmacy to see if they could accommodate my prescription. Since when does a patient need to do the due diligence for the Pharmacy?
800 W. Devon Pharmacy is the worst ever. I’ve been going back giving them time and time again to prove themselves differently, but it’s just getting worse. They suck.

This pharmacy is a joke! Ordered a refill on Sunday wasn’t ready on Monday called Tuesday nothing was done. Went there on Wednesday because I was told it would be ready. After waiting 15 minutes in line nothing was ever ordered! There has to be something better than this. Wonder why the stock continues to plummet!

Very disorganized, staff isn't very knowledgeable either. I've been trying for days to get tax alerts when I have a new prescription and have given me nothing but a run around.

If I could give zero stars to their customer service over the phone I would. I have been on hold for over 30 min after being transferred around 3 times. It appears someone picks up but then immediately puts you back on hold.

After being put on hold over and over for an hour, I came-in to Walgreens to speak with the female pharmacist. This location had the MOST employees i've ever seen in a pharmacy. Yet, NO one was picking up the phones. I literally witnessed that they just continued to put people on hold over and over to focus only on filling prescriptions. Also, I was their only customer so its not like they had a long line of people waiting either. Frustrated that my prescription was still not corrected after a week, the pharmacist told me I can take it to a different pharmacy if I'd like.

I've been on the phone for 30 minutes attempting to quickly confirm a prescription is ready for pickup. The lady at the pharmacy who answered the phone really quickly said, "Walgreen pharmacy pl", then without finishing her sentence, I was put on hold. This happened 8 times in a row until I was then sent back to the overseas phone operators who answered with "Hi, are you calling for the Best Buy gift card?" Slightly baffled, I said "No, I was on hold for the walgreens pharmacy, to which he then transfered me back. This time around, the exact same thing happened with the lady picking up the phone but not even saying anything before putting me on hold. It's been over 30 minutes, and I am still being put on hold.This happened between 4:45 and 5:30 on 12/19/2023. Whoever is doing this to phone customers is extremely rude. My call could have been 2 minutes, but instead, I am still on perpetual hold as I'm writing this. Completely unprofessional.

Sent me away twice even after giving me a time they’d have my sons antibiotics ready— it’s now an hour and a half later than that. Now it’s 7:30 PM and I have my children in the car with me waiting and they could care less.

Customer service here is horrible. I always try to be patient and understanding but I have had enough. I have been trying to have a prescription filled for over two weeks. I have called and gone in person numerous times. When I call I am put on hold for over half an hour and then hung up on. In person, I am told I will be notified when the prescription comes in and I never hear anything. I have also had my doctor call in numerous times. I finally asked to speak to a manager which I never do. They put me on hold and no one ever answered of course. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

After waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes for the pharmacy, THEY HUNG UP ON ME, TWICE! My prescription has been processing for almost a week and I need it within the next 48 hours. I've been trying to contact the pharmacy and they can't seem to answer a phone. Very disappointed in this Pharmacy, I understand that they may be understaffed but 45 minutes of waiting and then being hung up is RIDICULOUS. I will be transferring my meds somewhere else and no longer coming here. Absolutely ridiculous. I called again as well just to experience the exact same thing. Do not go here, go somewhere else.
