“I recently read the reviews for People's National Bank. Saw two bad reviews and one of them couldn't even use "proper English". I mean; I will agree that I am not a very smart person, but come on. I banked with People's for a few years before my wife and I moved to Springfield, Missouri and since we have moved back; I have been back with them for about another year. I have always had good, friendly customer service from them. When I did have an issue; they always have spent the time to get it resolved. I would recommend them to anyone regardless of what those two negative reviews sayI used to be a 7 star Google guide and I would like to put a thought in everyone's minds. As customers; we have "one" bad experience and we end up judging them too harshly. But on the other side of the coin, we will have 50 good day to day experiences and we will say nothing. These people have a hard job like everyone else, so please; think before you leave that review.”
