I usually buy everything I can local ..but today when I went into true value ...waited twenty minutes for service and then was blown off for another customer..I won't be back ..there are lots more stores with much better service.

You pay for convenience but very rarely have they not had what I needed. If I only need 1 bolt I only have to buy 1 bolt. And they are 1 block away.

Good store if you can't drive far, good selection of products but it's very pricey. Yes paxton is far from homedepot and lowes but the prices are very exaggerated. Walmart in Rantoul is a good alternative for some items.
