“Thank you Kunes, Service Advisor Eric, and Techician Dave for all your help today! Brought my 2012 Honda Civic in after the check engine light came on, plus I needed an oil change soon anyways. The team at Kunes did a great job at finding and explaining to me what was going on with my car and what I should have done with it. Another plus with the service today was that Eric gave us regular updates/communications on what they were seeing with the car and how much longer it would be before they were done. I also really appreciate Eric giving us a couple of options for tires that he recommends instead of just trying to set us up with whatever set the shop would want people to buy. Eric was just an all around awesome person to work with- great at communicating, friendly, and helpful!
As for the shop itself, it was nice and clean! Our service was gonna take a little bit (sidenote: I already knew it would going in, I'm alright with the amount of time the service took) so we had the option of waiting there or leaving. We ended up just staying which actually wasn't too bad at all! It was pretty comfy and didn't feel awkward at all just hanging out. Plus, you can get snacks and drinks!”

“My repairs were done well and in a short period of time I got my car back within two days. The repairs look wonderful. There’s no detection of any work having been done on it at all. The paint is just as smooth as it was when I first got it done And I accidentally added two extra 20s when I was paying and when I called he told me yes I had left it there and told me I could come pick it up right away. I very much appreciate Jeff’s honesty and good work.”

“I can't say enough about how above & beyond they went for us when our RV tire blew out on our travels home on a day that they were closed. He didn't hesitate & had it fixed fairly quick. And at a very reasonable price. Others couldn't get us in for days. So even though you may drive right through the tiny town of Marblehead on not think much of it, remember to look for his shop if you are in need of a tire & friendly service.”

“I have been going to Bob and now his son Ryan since the first vehicle I owned. I no longer live in Quincy but I have yet to find someone I trust as much as Ryan. I now live 3.5hours away. I just recently purchased a 6.0l power stroke and am considering having it bulletproofed. This is beyond my skill to be done and there is only one person that comes to mind that I would trust. I am pretty hard to please and am very critical of people who I am paying for a service. Ryan has never experienced this side of me as there has never been an issue. “Had Upper and Lower Ball joints replaced in my Duramax 2500 as well as a tie rod end. Initially believed I needed a new torsion bar keys as the vehicle has 320,000 miles on it. The work was done on time, for the cost stated and I was happy. The next day after the work was done, I got a call from the shop and they said we screwed up a bit, you didn't need the Torsion bar key, we just adjusted the bars you have and we owe you money back. I'm very happy integrity still exists, I would never have known any differently. I have always been happy with past work, but this type of service and integrity are hard to come by. Highly Recommended.”
