“Staff there went above and beyond the call of duty when I asked a clerk if she would write out the recipient's address on an envelop I had purchased there to send a large amount of important papers because my handwriting had gone downhill and I would never get it filed out without making a mess of it. She graciously did so and was very polite and professional about it. What was simple task for her prevented added stress to a stressful day and helped me get through it.”
