She makes the store feel like a community store that belongs in Winnebago. I felt the need to come back and redo my review strictly it because of this wonderful lady. “I called to ask if they had double-sided tape. The women I spoke to checked for me and initially came back to say they didn’t have any. She was very pleasant and helpful. A few minutes later, she called me back to let me know she had found some after all. When I came into the store, she was professional and friendly. This is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Well done! 🙌”
