Scheduled my car for work and ended up selling the car a week before the appointment. Called first thing to cancel and they sent me an invoice for the parts. Hard to believe they couldn't return them. Emailed them twice to make sure I was going to get the parts I paid for and they never responded so I called. This is on me and happy to pay for the parts (2 small rocker clips) but they won't mail them (I'll pay postage). I have to drive 45 minutes to pick them up. Will never go to them over this - $20 worth of returnable parts.

Fast, courteous, and quality workmanship. I was referred to them by my boss when my truck was hit. I liked the work so much that when my wife's van needed some work I used them again. Will definitely go back if the need ever arises again.
