This used to be one of my favorite stores. Always clean and good customer service. But my last visit I fell and hurt my arm pretty bad and no one came to see if I was ok. Only another shopper. So I hunted down an employee and told her of the incident and all she could say was I bet it was a grape and walked to pick it up and returned to where I found her. Not even an inquire if I was ok or anything. So I set my things down and walked out and have never been back. No customer service or care anywhere anymore

To expensive and very very racist there I'm white and they're racist to black people I have Alot of black friends and I think it shouldn't matter about your race anywho I tried reaching out to one of the managers there they told me to fill out a report online so this is the report they are talking about I believe your prices need to go down with for food and that Aldi need more of mix ratio dynamic of people to work there.

They're always good good product pretty much anywhere you go the only problem I had was they have a product and can't find a price they should be able to go ahead and sell it to you I had some boot socks that I wanted so bad I had gotten some years ago and they wouldn't sell them to me they refused I was very angry because I was looking for those but we don't have any more to show the prize I said I was willing to buy them for $6 they refused me and said they couldn't do that well why not that's losing money for the store that didn't make sense to me it angered me because I've been looking for these for years because I like them somebody give me some and finally found some and I still didn't get them I was very angry that was in Mount Zion Illinois (Decatur Illinois) and now I still can't find them again so I hope they do have them next year I just didn't see them until then but I'm still pretty angry about it it was not fair I was wondering if one of the people in the back wanted them or something because the woman acted like she was happy to take them away from me and take them in the back I almost said well keep it all if I can't have the socks and walked out I should have went somewhere else to get my food

Have found a lot of items there that are really good and reasonably priced. My recent find today was 8 lb bag of boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen, for $16 and something. Those at Walmart are $23 and something.
I went there specifically to get the frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts and was very pleased to find the new larger size.
