Couldn't be happier with the technician and the service. These guys went above and beyond for me. They have my business for life. They were also very good at being prompt with their arrival times. Treated me as if my time was as important as theirs. Really pleased.

Jim performed a service call for us today. Went over the top to take care of us. Fixed the problem quickly and affordably. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Benson's appliance repair was great. Responsive on the phone. Showed up when they said they would. Fixed my dryer and it runs perfectly. Repair guy (wish I'd gotten his name) was awesome. Highly recommend Bensons. Will go there now for new appliances.
