Great service! One of our vehicles is driven to college campus, parked, and sets for long amounts of time. Big Dog went thru multi point checks, and did a full analysis on vehicle. Provided a solid list of repairs, completed repairs. Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

When your vehicle breaks down it can be stressful and in some case catastrophic. This shop treats you like family. They are family owned and ran. I own several cars and everything is done through big dog automotive. I own a jeep and anything and everything went to hell with it. ( every jeep owner knows this feeling) new motor to transmission new radiator new electrical. Hell everything down to the lug nuts was replaced. . When ya find honest mechanics in this town you don't let them get away!!

Got a ton of work done they are the best .
Very busy shop tells you that they are good .
Prices are on point not the usual part mark up like some shops what you can buy the part for at the retailers is what you pay .
Labor charge is well under the other shops in the area .

Made a deal with them letting them know the hard times I was havin made it very clear my mom would be helping out. We have been threaten with court over our bill which my mom is mailing him checks now I’m getting text from him accusing all the stuff here you go y’all can see itYou realize if they modify that drive shaft that cost is on you and it voids the warranty? My question is since you haven't had the money to pay my bill how are you paying the Firestone bill? Also it's a little strange how you never mentioned any problems with the shaft till yesterday when u blew up on us for contacting your mother when u told me to. Not trying to be a bad guy here but seems a little strange. We made an agreement he is the one who didn’t wanna contact my mom.
