I didn't get her name but there is a lady behind the counter who should be fired. 3 separate times now she's thrown a fit about have to fix something she messed up. Regular Mt Dew isn't red....... literally the worst service of all Casey's has station. She tried to charge me $5 for a single cup of coffee ans then tried to argue that I got cold coffee............. They are two entirely different cups. You're an idiot and you shouldn't have a job. 0/10, would not recommend.

Great Casey’s but that parking lot is a problem. Just chipped my rim in the entrance due to oncoming traffic behind me and someone parked improperly in the entrance.

There’s a whole line, and a parking lot full of cars ready to get gas, and the tenants seem to rather have conversation than actually get people out. Casey’s has no management in their business and it’s really starting to show.

This casey's is so much better than the other casey's In Pekin. They actually give extra cheese when you asked. The cashier person was super nice too. Best cashier ever.

Ordered my pizza in the app at 5:06pm to have it ready at 6:30pm. When I got there to pick up, they had not started it yet. This has happened at both Pekin Illinois locations. I am very disappointed with this. I like the pizza but the workers need to make pizza and not excuses for why it is not ready. Corporate needs to be making changes.

I just wanted to give thanks to the manager Bridget!!! She went our of her way to fix a mistake and her and Austin were able to figure everything out. Best store in town!!!

Extremely poor service, they’re extremely immature and will literally hang up on you in the middle of the conversation. Cashier was extremely snappy, so i snapped back of course, and now i’m banned permanently. The manager was extremely mean and hung up on me in the middle of speaking.
