I DO NOT RECOMMEND- WORKING IN OR VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. While there are some nice stylists at this salon the shop owner has a disgusting attitude, bipolar tendencies, and is not a nice human. I would recommend going elsewhere or asking your stylist for a private appointment in another location- the actions and manipulation presented by the owner Dianne Merritt are utterly disgraceful and should not be condoned. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS BAD ENERGY- THANK ME LATER.

Always have a great experience here! Sometimes it's hard to get through on the phone, but staff are always helpful. Hannah cuts our whole family's hair and we look great.

Hannah is a lifesaver! She got myself and my two daughters in last minute this morning before a family wedding. She is not only extremely talented as a stylist but she is warm, friendly and very professional! We've already booked our next cuts! I'm so thankful for her and the rest of the staff at the salon who were all so helpful!

This place is really nice! Hannah cut my hair and my daughter's hair. She did a fantastic job & she is a super sweet girl. Im sure they are all wondeful here though. I definitely recommend

Great experience with both my hair cut and recent highlights. Communication was very prompt and appreciated. As a more mature client, but one who loves fashion and likes to stay up to date with hair styles, I can tell you Devin Jones rocks! A friend of mine went there and had a very bad experience there with Ciara hull henry. Wouldn't recommend at all if you want someone to actually listen to you. Bams Chop Shop is the way to go!
