Our experience was not initially 4 star but Krista turned our experience around and made it right. We called the call center and reserved a 5x10x8 at cubesmart; when we arrived we started moving in and while attempting to move our 48” shelving unit into the space we quickly realized that the 5ft unit we rented is NO where near 5ft wide!! We rented this size and expect to be provided with the amount of square footage we paid for.
Krista contacted corporate and the local store manager, Faith, and ended up moving us to another unit to meet our needs.
In the end it worked out for us and Krista was VERY helpful.
I would suggest that CUBESMART be open and honest about the ACCURATE sizes of their units, including measure to verify!
Thank you Krista & Faith for getting us into a unit that works for us.

Extremely easy online (and after hours) account opening and access. Units we had had doors on both ends. Well lit, easy access, easy pay. Clean facilities. Faith is super helpful and friendly, none better! Highly recommend!

Easy and cheaper than others highly recommend. I wish I could at least see mine had a support beam taking about 10inches it’s olny a bit of the space but not all of them have the support beams.

Faith is awesome. Great units in climate control. Very clean and secure property. Feel safe leaving our things here. The prices were very affordable. Faith made all of the paper work super easy. Gave us a tour. Super nice and professional. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great place,indoor out door pekin location does have the friendly courtesy staff for stoarage as far as it goes, affordable and they will work with you as far as they can.welecomingbsmiles had yhis company twice now and im picky.

Very friendly and easy going. Helped me move from out of state with ease! Had insurance for our stuff. Gave us 24/7 access to our unit! Clean. All around amazing!

The GM was great very polite and thoroughly explained everything to us. Also the fact that it is indoors made me feel safer knowing that my everything that we put in there is going to be safe.

A few weeks ago I moved. I noticed there was a CubeSmart here as well to I transferred my storage here. The building is very clean and well maintained. I’m real impressed with this space and would recommend it to anyone needing storage space.

Well the unit seems to be leaking water on one side and doesn't have any light for such a new unit I don't think it should be leaking!
