My hair was cut way too short. It was not layered or blended well. I paid $25 plus a tip for a terrible hair cut.

Our 85 year-old grandmother goes to this salon every Thursday, and she is well taken care of! They do a great job with her complicated hair, and the personalized service is second to none. I’ve went to this salon for years. My hair stylist was amazing and made my hair look great every single time. But, every single time I came in, other hair stylists would make rude comments about my hair. They would mention how the ends look awful and this would be before the hair cut even happened. I used to straighten my hair and obviously it was damaged but the comments they made were rude and unnecessary. They weren’t giving advice, they were just straight up being mean to a teenage girl. Nobody wants to hear rude remarks about them, especially from strangers. It made me feel insecure and like I wasn’t welcome. My stylist never made me feel bad though, she always fixed my hair. I dealt with these comments until my stylist quit working here. She had a replacement already set up so I decided to give it a shot (bad decision). Instead of basic blonde highlights, the replacement left me with terrible orange spot all across my hair. Yes she was new but it was the worst styling I’ve ever seen. I had to pay again after that to get these spots fixed by a different stylist in another area. I was too embarrassed to tell the replacement so I left and never went back, and never will. I am only giving two stars because of my old stylist who I miss dearly.Services: Haircut

Loved the atmosphere of the salon! Sadly the super sweet lady that did my hair took way to long and I was afraid she was having memory issues. The lady kept asking me over and over again what I wanted and she just kept on forgetting what I said. I got a hair cut, wash, and style and it took 2 and a half hours.The haircut did turn out great but the amount of time that it took was just abit much.
