“I come here on the weekends to play a few card games with friends. The girl, Shelby, who works here is the sweetest! She always has updates on card shows and anything happening in the Pokemon world and she always has a warm smile and hello waiting for us when we come in. She’s always helpful and everyone loves seeing her when they come in! Sometimes when the store is slow she’ll join us in a game or show us a new game we’ve never played! Definitely head in on the weekend to enjoy the warm atmosphere :)”

“Visited for the first time yesterday after a friend suggested the place to us. My 9-year-old has been convinced he has a Pokemon card worth hundreds or maybe even a thousand dollars (my guess is maybe $40 at most when I looked online lol) and wanted to look into getting it graded. Me, knowing nothing about this type of thing, figured I'd just bring him here and let him ask questions.
I appreciated that the guy behind the counter was super honest with us and explained how they have to ship it off somewhere, and the return time has ridiculously been around a year. He explained that GameStop has had better return times and suggested trying them if we wanted it back in about half the time. I appreciated his honesty!

My son abandoned his idea of grading and selling his cards, and opted to buy more stuff with his money instead. He was pretty stoked to find some cool Pokemon card sets, plus some Gretzky hockey cards. When we got up to the register, he was cut a deal and owed less than he expected!
