Pekin Gun & Sporting Goods Inc. is a true gem of a store with an incredible and extensive inventory. While the exterior appears small, inside customers find an overwhelming and vast collection of around 2500 firearms, along with surplus items, hunting products, and many hard-to-find items, all without feeling crowded. The selection is great and features a wide variety. Prices are noted to be great, though they are now at MSRP or higher following industry changes. The staff is consistently described as very friendly, helpful, courteous, and welcoming, providing service for what they sell and being available to answer questions without excessive bothering. While a short wait can be expected when busy, and one isolated incident regarding a used firearm return is noted, the business is highly recommended as a heaven for anyone who likes firearms, where good deals can be found by taking time to look. Helpful service is also offered over the phone.

Very well stocked on inventory and lots to choose from. Took awhile to get help from staff, as I had to find someone to help me. Overall, good experience!

Great place for a wide selection of semi-autos, revolvers, shotguns, rifles, new or used. Good selection of ammo from common to rare. Highly recommend.
