They keep sending me paper statements in the mail and charging me for them when I specifically told them NOT TO, and I double checked that I'm enrolled in paperless statements, but I keep getting PAPER STATEMENTS. Mobile app and website is too confusing to navigate.

I love banking here. They are always so kind and friendly. I really appreciate that. I didn't get that from the other bank up the street. PNC has excellent customer service as well. 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
