The gentleman there was fantastic. I went in there not knowing what to expect. Only complaint I have is he needs more stock. Only had like 4 rc vehicles to choose from. I got lucky and he had exactly what I wanted.

Walked in and the cigarette smoke looked like a fog. He barely had any inventory and he tried to sell me on a car close to what I wanted but I couldn't breathe. I had to leave, not a very clean place. I didn't think smoking was allowed in public places.

I'm a newb to the higher-end RCs. Went in to have someone with more experience give me some help on what parts I needed to repair my newly busted (but minor) repairs. He was more than willing to look my cars over and give me the necessary parts. Then, as he's writing up the ticket, he informs me he'll have to charge me $15 for his "professional" diagnostic. Surprising to me, I paid it. CRC in EP did the same for me, but did not charge (unless they hold it overnight and repair). If you charge for giving your opinion/advice, then the "professional"/fair thing to do is to inform the customer PRIOR to giving said opinion. For this reason, I will not be returning.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to answer questions and sell you something you want instead of up selling customers. Place might have a smell to it like people complain about, but I’d rather drive the 30 mins and do business with him than drive the 5 mins up the street in sunnyland to get he place that literally ignored me and my son 3 times we went there and when asked for help, they acted like they didn’t care. Definitely like precision rc.Bought our first 3 rc cars here in the same day and couldn’t be happier. Prices really are not any more expensive than other places. Maybe $15 of a $400 rc but who cares. It’s the time the owner takes to make sure you are happy.

Owners rude as hell. Called first to verify parts I need was there, got there and didn’t have it in stock, cat running around with no warning for allergies people have!

I went their with my favorite son. Their was not alot of choices to choose from. Lots of overpriced items but great service. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a RC car but if you are looking for parts this is the place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Limited stock but they will happily order anything you want, give you a spectacular price, and help answer any questions you might have. The owner knows everything about airplanes, cars, and drones that you might ever need to know. If you are a beginner or advanced, you can't order from a better shop!
