I just love all of these people. They have helped me and my family so very much over the years that we have been with them. They are the best around.

I had some difficulties at the Bartonville branch. They honestly didn't want to help me or even offer me an account. I called the Pekin location and not only did they hear me out, they were able to open me another account!

Terrible customer service and very rude I would recommend going elsewhere for a loan or anything to do with banking
