Called for service asap due to leaving town and ground thawing in next day or so. Arrived the next morning on time. Excellent service. Very fair pricing. Will call again when needed. Thanks Randy and crew.

They came out this morning to pick up my car. The guy who came was super wonderful and pleasant to work with. It took him about 5 minutes to load the car and another 5 for the important paperwork. I’m from out of town and visiting my dad in the country side so they were super at helping me with my needs. I made the appointment about midnight the night before to get it picked up at 9am and came about 10 minutes early which was awesome!! If I need towing ever when I’m in the area tazewell towing will be my go too!!!

State Farm dispatched a tow from Roanoke to Tremont, eta 2 - 3 hours! No thanks. Called Tazewell Towing and Randy was there in less than half an hour. Should have bypassed roadside all together and stuck with what I knew. Excellent as always!!

My husband and I have always used Tazewell Towing. ALL of the employees from the dispatchers to the drivers are very courteous, prompt, and careful.
