I appreciate their honesty! I had a screw in my tire and Farm and Fleet in Bradley, IL told me I had to buy 2 new tires costing over $600 instead of plugging it. Once I got back home and took it here. They were able to plug it with no issues. $23 and out the door in less than 30 minutes. So so grateful for their honesty!

Take your business here!! These guys are great and genuinely care about their customers!!! But more than that, they went above and beyond when I wasn't even a customer!! I saw someone with a broken tire and no jack so I randomly called hoping they would lend me a jack to help the guy who was broken down and they didn't even hesitate!! He even loaded the heavy Jack and unloaded it for me!! These guys really care about ALL PEOPLE not just customers!! They deserve your business!!

Bought a used tire for $85. From the start it was getting low. Chalked it up to the cold weather. Now I just saw a spot where the treads are sticking out of the tire. Trash tire.

I was having tire sensor pop up for low tire, went in and they checked it out. It ended up being over pressure on back tires. They released the pressure and no charge. I have always had great luck with them and just wanted to recommend to anyone needing a trust worthy place to take your car/truck etc...

They are awesome. Friendly over the phone and in person. Grabbed a used tire for a reasonable price. Quick and easy transaction. They had my size when all others did not. Life savers.

Had a rock solid drivetrain with 85,000 original miles, took in for power steering, quoted $850, next day he said I had an intake gasket leak they were surprised that it was running all cylinders, so charged for intake gasket they removed to complete the rack and pinion job. $1000 later get the car back and it is completely not the same' the engine has no power and the transmission now slips! This car was Rock Solid before I brought it in, no issues but power steering, miraculously there's an intake gasket leak now suspension rattling and the transmission slips, obviously they had their fun with it and beat the piss out of it DO NOT recommend this shop!

Hi. We had our transmission worked on at tinys. There was alot of miscommunication that cost us approximately $1,200. After we took it to Tiny's, we had to take it to the dealership because Tiny's didn't have the right equipment to program the part that they installed. Needless to say the part that Tiny's replaced did not fix our truck and Tiny's didn't fillour tranmission fluid back up correctly. Tiny's also told us we could drive our truck to the dealership and then later we were told by Tiny's that we should not have done that.
Come to find out Tiny's doesn't have the proper equipment to diagnose vehicles thoroughly. The tool that Tiny's has for diagnosing is similar to one that autozone has. They did not use any tool to diagnose our truck, even with us asking them too.
Tiny's replaced a part based on the code that we got from a free test from autozone even though we asked Tinys to diagnose it themselves. After they replaced the part we found out our truck was not fixed and I called tinys back to complain, they explained that they they don't diagnose that kind of stuff and that we would need to call a business called Revo to do it. That would of been great information to find out prior.
Our truck is now fixed thanks to the dealership which cost us an additional $1,600. $200 of that was for programming the part that Tiny's installed. And $350 of that was for diagnosing the problem. So the dealership and Tiny's pricing are comparable for a similar part that needed replaced. I could say alot more but this sums up my experience,
I did try to get a refund back but Tiny's feels like they didn't do anything wrong. Mike the owner also ownes Rocky Top Roofing and he is very honest about not knowing much about mechanics. There is miscommunication somewhere and unfortunately we had to pay for it. We were also charged for a credit card fee of almost $26 when we paid with check.
