I've had great luck ordering online and picking up at the store. The order is always ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. When I arrive for pickup, the order arrives at my car in 3 or 4 minutes. The staff I have encountered have all been friendly.

Another deceptive company trying to ruin the future of this country. tractor supply company promotes drag Queen story hour in Waco Texas just so their ESG scores will be higher. If you care about children at all and the future of this country I would stop doing business with this company ! There are a bunch of evil MFRs!

Called this store today to request a bale of hay or straw to lay on my muddy lawn, the guy says yeah we have bales of straw left, they're $13.50 a bale, so I get there and they told me at the register they're small bales for decorations.I figures a farm bale is around $6-7 a bale these young kids need to work on a farm if they're going to work at tractor supply, waste of gas and time!

I feel as though the staff in this store could accommodate the customer's a bit better. They always seem like they are in a unpleasant mood which makes the experience less enjoyable. My wife and I make frequent trips to the store to get supplies, we have always had issues with the stores Customer Service! Definitely needs improvement.

I went to TSC in Pekin a spur of the moment trip to purchase a mini bike. Pam and Gauge went above and beyond to help me get everything needed to get my mini bike home from tie downs, renting one of their trailers to even installing a ball and hitch for me on my SUV. I cannot thank them enough. Definitely a wonderful team at this TSC and I will definitely continue shopping here.
