After being sent all the way to Pekin from Springfield due to the incompetence of the UHaul staff in the Stevenson Dr office, I received absolutely superb service from Darryl, even while he was given the runaround by corporate regarding a problem with an auto transport. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and was truly concerned about helping me. If I weren't moving to another state, I would drive the hour-plus from Springfield to Pekin to rent from him again.
