Udry Jewelry is a family owned and operated jewelry store for over 40 years. The establishment is very clean and offers a showroom of unique pieces of jewelry, engagement rings, statement pieces, and gifts for any occasion. They have a wide variety of good quality pieces on display. The store has full-time jewelers who help with jewelry repair and custom jewelry designs, all done in house. Repairs are done quickly and expertly, making items look brand new again. The staff are very friendly, kind, helpful, and professional, offering excellent service. Customer service goes a long way here, with staff who listen to customer needs and give options within price ranges. They seem to go above and beyond what is expected. The jeweler is very nice, helpful, and willing to make things right to ensure customer satisfaction. This level of service is very rare to find. I leave for florida to get married tomorrow and a diamond fell out of my engagement ring today. Udry had a diamond available and was able to fix my ring and it was ready within 30 minutes. True miracle workers!!!!
