Went to get a passport for my son and came with a photo I got taken at Walgreens. The guy told me the photo wouldn’t work cause too much of his body was showing. He had us take a new one that had the same amount of body showing, dark & yellow lighting, could hardly see my son’s face. I paid for it cause he insisted the original option wouldn’t be accepted. Sent in the one he took.. guess what, they didn’t accept it. I sent in the original photo I brought and they accepted it. I would give zero stars but I can’t and I guess the lady up front was nice so she can take this star. To sum it up, I recommend you do your passports elsewhere

USPS went two times, around my street. Waved he didn't pay any attention. Neighbor saw it stopped on a corner and on phone. I tried to get to him. But he took off. Tried to get help that the package wasn't dropped off. I took 2 hours then gave up. Called usps near me closed, tried one that was open, no answer
This is a med I'm almost out
Should be able to talk to a person. Drivers should pay attention, if someone waves for him. CVS should get a different delivary.

Around March 7, 2024 I filled out a change of address for my new address in Peoria from Pekin, I went down with my licence and paperwork for them to verify me. They said OK it will be forwarded. It is now March 25 and still no mail is being forwarded it is being sent to my old address in Pekin.
I am very concerned as I am a USVeteran and am not receiving my medications from the VA. , whom do I call if Pekin won't do their job?

Thank you Pekin Post Office! An important 2 day delivery letter sent from Atlanta and seemed lost. Never heard a word from ATL but Ben and the other employees at PPO called me and kept me in a constant loop about what happened and where my letter was. I appreciate their professionalism and the genuine goodness and sweetness of each person I spoke to. Thank you guys!!

Mail man is scared of my dog that's on my ENCLOSED porch. He's a blue heeler not a big dog. (Your a mailman if your scared of dogs get a new job) so they didn't deliver my check. Instead of taking it to the post office so I could get it they kept it on the mail truck for a week holding it hostage. So I haven't been able to cash my check. Worst service ever that place needs new management!

This happened last summer, but I had family remains being sent to my home. I wasn’t there to sign, so the note the delivery person left said it was going to be held at the USPS facility for pickup, which was going to work out fine for me. So I went the next day, and showed the lady the slip and explained my package was being held there. She looked around for what felt like 60 seconds and then said “nope it’s not here, can’t find it, it’s not here,” and I said but this note was left yesterday said it would be here. And she insisted it wasn’t there and wanted to take my info down so they could put it as missing or something, and I started crying. I was mourning the loss of a loved one and there to pick up their remains which were SO important to me and the idea of them being missing broke my heart even more, which I didn’t think could be any more broken than it already was. She asked what was in the package because I was sobbing and I choked out the words “family remains,” and she quickly responded “oh why didn’t you say so” and went to a different area and grabbed a box and gave it to me. The other people in the post office felt bad for me and even offered to hug me when I left. This situation didn’t have to go the dramatic way it did if she had looked a little harder for my package instead of taking 60 seconds of her time to say “nope it’s not here.” And while I understand you may keep ashes in a different area, I feel like this didn’t need to go the way it did and she could have been more empathetic. I still drop off letters at this post office… in the box. But I will never go inside to be helped ever again, because I have no wish to see that woman ever again with that experience. I was already devastated by the loss, I didn’t need this situation to occur as well and put me through more emotional turmoil. And it was embarrassing too, to cry and sob like that in front of a line of people.
