This is a great bank that gets things done. I would promote Shelley and whoever else is running this place to area manager to get all of the Woodforest in the area to be as good as this one. Great bank and a gracious staff.

I have been banking with this bank in Pekin for 10 plus years. I have never had a bad experience. They have had a turn around on a few employees but the ones there now are Always so pleasant & friendly. Shelley who has been there the longest has Always is so Helpful when I have a concern or any problem with something she's on top of fixing it. I can't say enough about these women they are all the Best I've ever done my with.

Shelley is one of the rudest people I have ever had to interact with. I've witnessed her be rude to customers every time I've visited the Pekin location. I hope they do away with the poor management at this location or they will be losing customers.

Came in here last week with my daughter and as I was trying to teach her how to deposit, the older lady with the long stringy yellow hair (the manager i think) yelled at my daughter and told her "she should know how to do this by now" very rude and I will be closing my account here.

I have been banking with Woodforest since I was 17 with my first job. I have never banked anywhere else. After almost 10 years, I am choosing to close my account and never return. Shelley was a terrible choice for the job. Her rudeness and self entitlement is incredibly toxic, and her treatment of her staff is appalling. Not to mention her inability to perform her job at the most basic level. Woodforest management needs to conduct more informative interviews before settling for someone so poorly fitted for the job.Shame on Pekin Woodforest. Never coming back.

Used to Love Woodforrest in Pekin. When Sandy and some of the other people worked there,they were such a great bank. Always helpful, always so nice, did me favors after being a member there for 10+ years. After 10 years, I left my drivers license there.they found it. You would think they would have called me. After a couple days I remembered I was there so I called. They said,”yeah we gave it to Walmart front desk”!!!! I couldn’t believe it. How much common sense does it take.
