I go to Rachel everytime I need a cut and she does a great job everytime!! I like just a basic short cut for my hair, nothing crazy, but she is the only stylist I have gone to that takes the time to make sure the edges are clean and sharp!! She's really easy to talk to, very quick, and very informative if you have questions!

I've lived in peoria 4 years. I had a hard time finding a good beautician that can color and cut my hair. It's so refreshing, knowing that I found Rachel she makes scheduling very efficient. And when I had to change my appointments for family reasons, she was very understanding and got me in very quick after that. So I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a very high rated beautician, or someone to handle your hair needs.

Rachel cut my college aged daughter’s hair and told her she should be wearing makeup. My daughter also was staying with me and forgot her hair oil for the two weeks prior to the visit and Rachel said she hoped she learned her lesson not to pack it. I had been to other stylists at Aura and only had positive reviews so this was abnormal for my experiences there.

I saw Rachel a few years back and reconnected when she returned to the area! Very knowledgeable! I have a short pixie type cut, it’s not easy to find a stylist that can do it well, she adapts to the characteristics of my hair & I always leave looking great!! The salon is beautiful, relaxing space!

Jorge has been doing my hair since I moved here 7 years ago!! He is brilliant at color and makes me look beautiful every time I go to him. Highly recommend his personal service, he makes you feel like you are his only client!

Landon is amazing!! He takes time to listen to concerns and always comes up with a plan to help keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I moved to the Chicagoland area several years ago and continue to drive back for appointments because he does such a great job!

Landon is an absolute gem!! My hair has been so difficult to manage my whole life, and I have thick sections of hair in odd places. He thins and shapes my hair to absolute perfection!! Every time I leave I feel so taken care of. He listens to all of your concerns and is just the sweetest! I'm also a blonde, and have kind of been feeling blah about the shade. I usually try to dye it dark with box dye. I took a chance to love my blonde and trusted Landon with a balayage for my blonde hair. It added sooo much dimension!! I actually embraced my blonde for the first time. All in all, he's a treasure and I'm so elated that I found him!!

Landon always takes such good care of my hair at Aura Salon. He's got a real talent for finding just the right color, and I always leave feeling so confident with my look. I usually get a men's cut and color, and feel that Landon's service is worth every penny.
