Olio & Vino brings a new tasting experience to Central Illinois. It is a very cool and amazing store with exquisite flavors and gourmet samples, offering a culinary education. The shop sells unique wine, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, along with other items like sauces, wine accessories, dried pasta, homemade spreads, dips, jam, and cheese spread made there. Customers can try samples of all the oils and vinegars, including unique ones from truffle flavored to black garlic infused, lemon and basil. No one walks away without learning about the health benefits of the delectable extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegars, which enhance home cooking. The staff is friendly, nice, and provides amazing assistance, with wonderful teaching events like cooking demos. The patio out back is comfortable with great music. It is a great place to buy gifts or add detail to cooking, and the products go great on salads for homemade dressing. It is a wonderful day out and worth the trip.
We went here for a cooking demonstration class and everything was PHENOMENAL! Everyone was so friendly, and we also ended up buying a bunch of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. It's all delicious!

Unique! Great gift ideas, or something for yourself! Coffees, syrups, balsamic vinegars, salami, cheese spreads, wines....so much! And a little patio out back you can sit and enjoy a beverage and or snack, visit with a group of friends.... My first trip since they added the patio out back. So comfortable and great music from raynah. And the service was amazing. They worked hard. Delicious meal. Need to go back soon to get some good olive oil
