Professional and courteous but also welcoming and a family feel, the job they did was well above expectations. My wife's car looked like it was in a war zone to start and by time they finished it was like it just rolled out of the showroom. Have used Phillips Autobody for over 20 years for any type of body work needed. They went above and beyond for me recently. Moved 1,000 miles away a few years ago, had difficulty finding a local body shop for a scratch and dent. Contacted Phillips a month ago and made an appointment for a specific week I was going to be in Peoria visiting family. They got my jeep in the week I was in town even though they were technically closed that week. Did an amazing job on my jeep, handled the insurance and were wonderful to work with.Service: Body & Trim

I just got one word to say awesome. These people are beyond and I mean beyond awesome. They took care of my vehicle damage quick as can be proficient. Not only did they fix my car they bring my car to me and it looks better than it did. Brand new and it's a brand new car. I would definitely recommend these people don't even hesitate just use them. These guys are Awesome! Haven't actually had my truck painted yet, but so far, experience has been nothing but pleasant. Top notch and thorough. They went to bat for me against another insurance company that knows I am in the right. My rim needs replaced and midas didn't want to make right on their error. Midas is poorest excuse of a company I have EVER been to.

So thankful for this place I just bought a brand new expedition hit a deer and had a terrible experience with another auto body and so many things that weren’t fixed and fixed poorly and they re did it all and made it like brand new again with Ford parts thank you so much for making this experience stress free and everything done correctly like it should be.
