“Throughout my time there, Martie was wonderful! I made sure each morning I stopped in to drop in and say hi and get a daily laugh. Times got hard and I got behind and she helped the best way she could but did what she had to. It's very understandable but overall my stay there was pleasant”

“Bought a specific lock just for this unit. Had trouble getting it in place though. Had to press on handle with foot to get clearance for latch before lock could clear and fasten. Clean, but not that well lit. Bring a light source if you're there after dark. We were.”
“I was with Next Door Storage for a short time only because I found a place quickly and moved in. I rated all 5 stars because I feel with my experience that I was treated with respect,helped,supported, all of my questions was answered without me feeling that I was asking dumb questions,greeted everytime I walked in no matter how many times I was there. My experience never changed in-person or over the phone and they were all the same even after I left and called for a few more questions. “I rented a unit and unfortunately had to witness a homeless lady destroying the place with ketchup and mustard. April handled it as a true professional. Then, helped me with my unit. I can't say enough good things about this location, as it was clean except what the homeless lady did. The units were clean! They had a lot of room and April was very knowledgeable on what I needed. Very impressed and will continue to do business with her and her location.”

“I was given a gate code and after entering the gate there was no number that matched the unit number I was given. After exiting the gated area I drove around the front buildings and found a unit that matched my number. Unit is nice and door worked well. I would suggest sending a map of your units with numbering system to simply finding the unit.”
