Can be a 5 stars if the pharmacy staff are in a good mood. 2 stars when they aren’t having a good day. Every now and then they’ll pull something out of thin air that they don’t have my prescription but the second I display the slightest bit of anger they all of sudden have it… funny how that works lol. They’ll talk to you like you are an idiot and put words in your mouth until they realize they are the ones who are wrong.

I need negative stars to rate this Walgreens location. I had to switch stores due to my regular Walgreens closing because they can't keep staff in place. I changed my prescription to this location on line 24 hours ago. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning to check on it. They said it would be ready at 1:30. I went to the drive-up window at 2:45 and sat in line for 25 minutes. They asked me to come back in 15 minutes cause my prescription that they said was ready was not. Why would they tell me it was ready if it wasn't? This is the third time this kind of thing has happened. I'll never darken the door of this location again for anything. I've never seen customer service this poor. The pharmacy manager there should seriously consider a new line of work...

Walgreens is the worst. Said they didn’t have my prescription. Turns out it was sent to various Walgreens around Peoria. Then canceled. When I tried to call the pharmacy to understand how they could cancel a prescription sent by my doctor, the representative hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service for someone trying to get a much needed lifesaving medication. I will never use Walgreens again.

Seems that everytime I get off work and head to the pharmacy, it's closed for some reason or another. Very Frustrated with the Pharmacy saying it's open til 10PM, and you go in and it's closed at 7PM.

Horrible experience every single time I come here. They never have my RX right and then make lame excuses about why. This is been going on for at least 2 to 3 years now. They are never accountable for their mistakes and always blame my provider. Pathetic service and pathetic people!

This Walgreens pharmacy won't answer phones, has given me my husband's prescription when I asked for my son's. Always issues getting them filled. I get calls/texts that meds are ready and go to pick them up and they don't have any, which is very frustrating bc I don't live in town. And the last straw, been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 45min. Now to figure out why a medication is not being filled when the doctor's office says it doesn't need a prior authorization and the pharmacy says it does.

The pharmacy here has been horrible to deal with for months now. Between having meds prefilled, changing hours and taking weeks to fill prescriptions I have opted to change pharmacies. They don't seem to understand nor care how their negligence effects their customers. People shouldn't have to go without medications to accommodate a business, whether it's a corporate decision or a staffing issue, as a provider in the medical field, it is absolutely unprofessional to allow anything to impact the health and welfare of the people you are meant to serve.

Ordered a calendar almost 2 weeks ago delivery date was today, i called to see if it was ready and she had to cancel it for me because she said their printers have been down. should’ve communicated this to me within these 2 weeks. reordered through another walgreens for him to tell me it’s a ship to store and they don’t even print it. i then call the prior walgreens who said their printer was down and she said my order is lost in transit and that’s all they can tell me based on UPS. so unorganized get your story straight! i now have 2 calendars ordered and it’s even more a mess and they told me all i can do is wait.

Done with Walgreens. It’s a crapshoot for when the pharmacy is open, and even more if they actually can fulfill your prescription. I thought CVS was awful, but congratulations Walgreens, you finally convinced me to switch to Alwan’s.

I've had my prescriptions here for 5 years now and am completely frustrated / done with them. I have had constant issues with prescriptions not being ready on time and erratic hours for the past couple of years. Looking for a different pharmacy at this point.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for quite some time went into the store to use my coupon and they informed me that the product was not the right price so I did my own research show them. This was the price online. They said they don’t match prices online then I showed them a picture of where the product was in the store and it was put in the wrong spot with the wrong label and all the products were there and the associate that I talk to would not adjust the price to dollars because of a mistake that the store made and they won’t match the price online
