I made an appointment to have my hair cut and styled by a certain stylist. When I arrived on time, I was told to have a seat and wait as my stylist was working with someone still. After 45 min, I finally spoke up to ask what was going on. They told me she was still with someone and made me wait longer. After another 45 minutes (90min past my appt time), I asked again and instead of telling me what was going on they said they would wash my hair while I waited...I agreed and had my hair washed by the receptionist...? After this, they took be back to the counter, told me the stylist couldn't see me right now and charged me $40 for washing my hair?! If I could give zero stars, I would. Thanks to this establishment, I am nay likely to visit a salon of this variety again. And this was after 3 attempted interactions to give them the benefit of the doubt.

AJ's color skill is phenomenal. Her business ethic and interpersonal skills are so much better than so many stylists of this area. Timely responses, proper hours, and prices are perfectly on point. Many in the area charge for what they can not deliver but she has delivered above and beyond each time I've come! The salon is well kept and a gorgeous style with the light pink walls and gold accents to make the black standard salon chair room look so much more stylish.

The whole staff is amazing! Super accommodating and creative. I walked in looking like a wreck and didn’t even know what exactly I wanted. AJ took my ideas and ran with them, listened to my feedback in the cutting process, and gave me her expert opinions. She also chose a beautiful shade of purple for the dye! I love my haircut - can’t thank y’all enough

First time visitor and definitely not the last time. I love the atmosphere and vibe they give. My hairstylist DeDe was so amazing and made me feel as if she has known me forever. Soon as i step foot in the door i felt welcomed and enjoyed my time there. Of you are looking for an amazing shop with a talented singing receptionist lol yes yall she can sang, talented hands and a chill, chic relaxing shop then this is the spot for you...... and not to mention the prices are VERY resonable
