WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I used them for one year and after shopping around more they are double the price of every other local propane supplier in the area. The propane truck they were using couldn't reach my tank without using my neighbors driveway which other companies had no problem reaching it all the way from the street. On top of that when you cancel their service they will hit you with multiple hidden fees that for me accumulated to $600! To fill my 500 gallon tank from 10% to 80% capacity for one season cost me $1470+. When you call to talk with anyone from AMERI...gas, your call gets directed to a foreign country. Price gouging crooks, BE WARNED!!!

I have not leased a tank or purchased gas from AmeriGas for over 3 years now. Yet, I continue to receive billing invoices for the property, even though I live 5 states away. Repeated calls and letters have failed to resolve the issue. AmeriGas is incompetent in this simple administrative issue.

After many wrong bills that were outrageous and after many calls to their customer service that is in another country, we are about to drop this horrible company.

Poor phone and chat customer service. Over priced propane. Sooo many fees for everything. You try to talk to people and no one knows anything. Just awful.

Worst company EVER, wish I had other options. I have tried for over a year to set up payment plans. Constantly told rest assure we will handle this. Only to not have them not take out payments and charge me late fees

We've been a customer of AmeriGas for 16 year we have a small house and a 250 gallon tank that we only have to fill up once maybe twice a year now all of a sudden they want a tank rental fee of $169 this has never been charged before our local office was closed and now any questions you call into ask are answered by what sounds like someone far away from me that has no idea what's really going on with my account and doesn't seem to care we were on a first-name basis with our local office now they're gone and we definitely miss them
