“I have only been here almost 2 months but so far I like it! Echoe has been great, very helpful and accommodating. I did have a problem with a very noisy upstairs neighbor but that since has been remedied. It’s my first apartment experience so I’m extra sensitive to stuff I’m not used to. That being said other than the one neighbor I have no complaints about the others in my building. I’m curious to see how the summer months play out. It took a little bit for my work order to be completed. Communication on the delay of things could be a little better however the maintenance guys are very friendly and do a great job! I think sometimes people forget that it takes time for things that have to be ordered for a repair to come in and that these guys can only be in so many places at once. However, that’s where communication about all that on their end also comes in. I’m hopeful that my experience here will continue to only get better!”
“When dealing with the loss of a loved one you really want things to be in order. My dad passed in March & I have nothing but good things to say about Parkview. Mindy was awesome & made us feel so comfortable. Shes such a sweet individual.”

“Don't mind the silly username, I've had family that has lived in these buildings for a generation, despite how old they are the owner and management team have done their very best for me and my husband. Yes they cover things with paint but I do to, everything works and of course you're gonna have ups and downs, that's a home. The neighbors usually trash the place but they take care of the property. When our apartment flooded and I was in utter tears and tired from vacuuming p*** water they helped me and even cleaned our rugs no charge. Even putting us in a nice balcony apartment. I have no issues with this place and they are always hear to listen/ within office hours. Their office building is wonderful as well.”

“I’ve been a tenant here since June 22’ and have nothing but good things to say about this property! For starters the leasing agents and property manager are wonderful, kind and always understanding. The amenities and grounds are well kept, with clean updated units me and my family plan on staying! They also have a big plus and that is any size any breed for dogs which allows me to have my fur baby in a safe loving dog community!”
