“This is getting ridiculous! I can't even use any of the bathrooms to shower. This is not the first time I l wake up and find the tub and shower filled with disgustingly filthy water. Both toilets are clogged, and the closest is flooded with that filthy water. They are aware that emergency like that happens all the time. They don't even have a maintenance personel on standby.

I want to acknowledge that the maintenance and management teams have listened to my concerns and have made efforts to address the issues I reported. I appreciate their responsiveness and support.
That said, some of the problems appear to be caused by a few current tenants—particularly those living above—who are not following the building rules set by management. Specifically, flushing inappropriate items down the toilet has led to plumbing issues affecting other units.
Please be mindful and respectful of the shared living space by adhering to these guidelines. Doing so helps prevent unnecessary inconvenience for everyone.”
“Kitra was very helpful with all of my questions and in addressing a few minor issues during my ~9 month stay. Loved my studio apartment and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for low-cost apartments.Pros: free parking, near grocery stores and shopping center, pool (will open when COVID is cleared up), friendly and helpful staff, and they were touching up the building interiors when I left and just repaved the parking lot.”
