I live out of state and they were recommended to me from a friend. I ordered a pretty large order online. Shipped SAME DAY!! And arrived states away within a couple of days omg!!
I ordered a size up in things so I could have some cute maternity bump friendly clothes.
Even got hand written note from staff. Will definitely order again!

policy not clear , got a romper on my birthday cute in the store but it would ride up when i wore it. The romper was in a great condition still had the tag. On the receipt it says nothing about returning an item if it doesnt meet our expectations only seasonal items. $90 wasted now I have a $72 shirt I can wear. ruined my birthday . very expensive also

I ordered a pair of earrings that were damaged during the shipping process. I wrote an email not expecting much and Carlie was so apologetic (not that it was her or anyone's fault) and kind. I thought her customer service and promptness deserved a 5 star review!! She had a new pair shipped to me within the hour. I was shocked. I really appreciate it!!!! Things happen during shipping and she did not have to do replace the earrings. Or even replace them as fast as she did. I'm sure they are slammed for the holidays!

Gave up on shopping at AL Peoria. Was a loyal customer from 2009 - 2021 ish. Their customer service is terrible when you order online, and orders were 50/50 shipped according to their shipping policy. The quality of the clothes themselves aren't that great either unless you're buying the more expensive pieces and at that point, I would just go to a store where you can try them on and see the true fabric/color/style vs the edited photos that are done online. Sad to see it and wish this could go back to a local boutique owned by someone in the area.

Who in their right mind would do a 14 day return policy for store credit only. When I called the store and inquired the girl was RuDE and hung up on me!! I will take my business elsewhere

Bought clothes from their online store and went to return in store in Peoria. They don’t accept online returns- ok, but also they ONLY give in store credit for all returns! Ok, y’all got cute clothes but I’ll take my chances on Amazon, which makes returns simple and always provides returns to method of payment. I like to shop small, but a lot of the small shops need to get better with customer service and recognize the customer experience. So there’s that.

Had to send the store multiple emails to receive a denim jacket that took weeks to receive. The jacket was worn on one occasion and lost multiple jewels. Incredibly poor quality for the price.

AL was the the place to go 10 years ago. I bought often from online and the store at GP. I just went to the new store at JC. I was so completely disappointed. Like, literally nothing that they have online or advertise!

Wow, wow, wow.I tested my luck with this store. And boy, was I disappointed.My daughter and I came in to shop for her senior pictures. Not only were the employees unhelpful, I felt neglected. I got a simple welcome and they went on with their days. Out of the two girls working, one went to the back and sat in the chair on her phone enjoying what I expect to be her lunch with the drapes open for all to see. The dressing room was messy, there were unfolded clothes on tables, and when I asked questions I felt like a burden.If this is how customers are supposed to feel when they enter this small business, I hope no one enters this store again.

Here I am after dealing with years of bad customer service from this boutique but continuing to shop with them because I love their clothes. Not at all surprised that they have 3 stars and similar situations below. This was the last straw for me. I ordered two items over Labor Day weekend on sale. Two days ago I get an email that one item shipped and one item was refunded. Absolutely no explanation, apology, or anything. I’m assuming since they take so long to ship they messed around and sold out of the item. This has happened to me before. Why they have an issue over selling items, I couldn’t tell you. So I emailed them two days ago saying that I was disappointed in how that was handled and would have at least appreciated an email explaining. I mean, that would just be good customer service. No response. I see below “they reply to emails in 12-24 hours”. Well, it’s been 48 hours for me so. Unfollowing everything. Done with this boutique. I can get clothes just as cute for cheaper elsewhere AND be treated like they actually appreciate my business.

AMAZING customer service. I received a broken makeup bag & they had a new one shipped to me the next day. So nice, friendly & understating! They answered right away & were so helpful! I love shopping with them!
