Dr. Smith and staff were awesome. I had a feeling come out over the weekend and needed to get it replaced. Even though I was out of my network. It was well worth the money.?

Negative 5 starsI waited 2 hours to see the dentist. I was over 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork and had it done 30 minutes before my appointment. 3 other customers who arrived well after me were treated prior to me getting to go.I understand that there is a wait time but 2 hours? That is ridiculous. I should have been treated prior to all of those others. I was also lead to believe as part of the check up I would get the cleaning today. I did not, all other dentist I have ever been to have done the cleaning as well.My other complaint is how unprofessional your workers were. They openly screamed obscenities at each other, talked about where they would eat and about other patients instead of working and being respectful.I honestly have a bad taste in my mouth about your company and will openly discourage others from using your services.I will be looking for a new dentist, one that has better time management and are customer friendly.

This place is horrible to get in contact with anyone in the office. They made me verify my appointment via email and text, then call me a day later saying they were going to cancel my appointment if they didn't talk to me in person. I called 5 times and the automated system hung up on me. Then when I do get through, they were rude about the appointment. Day of, I receive a text message saying they need to reschedule me and to call the office. Called on and off for 3 hours with the same situation of hanging up when trying to get through.

This place is as chaotic as trying to herd 10,000 cats across the Great Plains. Don't believe me? Start reading.I made an initial appt online. A couple days before it got canceled and rescheduled. Then it happened again. And again. And again. I think it was 4 times before i was 1st seen. OFF TO A FANTASTIC START lolA month later I'm finally there. I need a good amount of work done. They did xrays and went over options for pulling a couple teeth, possibly extractions. They sceduled for Impressions. We had a plan in place, all was good.Impressions got canceled and rescheduled. In the mean time I had an abcess which they got me in, and gave me antibiotics. This other dentist started talking about what the plan was and said they are removing ALL MY TEETH. Like. I have problems with molars and this guy argued that they needed to go. When they figured out the REAL plan he says "well you should pull them bc they are going to fall out soon anyways". The first dentist said all is good, everything has a great root structure besides the problem teeth. I leave.Show up for Impressions. The lady is getting everything ready and right before we start they said change of plans, we need to do a full cleaning FIRST. I leave.Show up at cleaning and the lady says "it looks like they are doing this and that and says they are pulling a bottom front tooth" that has literally nothing wrong with it. She leaves for 10 minutes, comes back with a dentist and an assistant looking over my chart. False alarm, we are back to the original plan. Mind you no one changed the plan but everytime I came in they said different things.I ended up finding a new dentist who has a real plan in place for half of the cost that Aspen wanted. This dentist has great reviews and are on top of everything.Fast forward to today and I get a call from Aspen (it's been like 6 months since I saw them) wanting to reschedule (shocking) an upcoming appointment that was never scheduled. I was supposed to call once financing got taken care of but never did, obviously.I don't know what's going on at Aspen Peoria, and they obviously dont either so beware.

I went into Aspen Dental for a semi annual cleaning. After an examination, I was told that a “deep pocket” was discovered and I needed a procedure to treat it. $1,000.00 but they could get it down to $500. I am 81 years old, go every 6 months for a cleaning and this is the first I heard of this.I requested just a cleaning and was told they could not do it without the “deep pocket” treatment.
