Bought a Porsche here and dealt with David Slyman and had a great experience. Car world is still kind of crazy but fair and straightforward transaction. Treated me fairly with trade and delivery went well. I will definitely deal with David if I find myself buying 1 of the many brands Autohaus sells in the future and I'd recommend him and his company. I drove a long way to deal with David and it was definitely worth the drive!

After I ordered my parts I saw the bad reviews and panicked but it was already processed. Happily to my surprise, my parts and delivery were correct and fast! I personally had a great experience and would consider trying them again. I guess it might be a case by case experienc though.

I left a voicemail a couple weeks ago, asking for a phone call. I would like to know if I can return a purchase. Well, no contact whatsoever, and now their phone is no longer in service.

If you've ever wondered what a prostate exam feels like, then maybe you should go to the Autohaus of Peoria for some service.Talk about deceptive practices. I called to tell them that the panoramic sun roof on my Volkswagen Jetta wagon had come off the tracks and I just wanted to see if they could fix it. I got in for an appointment and they said it wouldn't take too long so I went into their waiting area and 22 minutes later. The service technician came out and said. "Yeah, it's broken.""Well, yes, I know it's broken. That's why I brought it in. What can you do about it?""We can't do anything. We probably have to order something, but it's gonna be very expensive.""Like a few hundred dollars or like a thousand dollars," I ask.The technician laughs and goes, "The labor alone's gonna be like eight hundred."I said well, "write up an estimate and send it to me. By email because I need to get back to my job. He then says okay, just come on around so we can give you the invoice. I asked, "What invoice? You guys didn't fix anything?"He goes, "Diagnostics."I asked, Diagnostics. I already told you what was wrong with it. It's a sunroof it's not like you can do any kind of computerized software check or anything."I was then given an invoice for $203.00Yeah, that's right, that's US currency not pesos. I freaked out. I asked the woman at the desk what the $203 for and she said, "That's the drive in fee." So it appears just to drive into the service place. You're gonna pay at least $203 for them to take a look at your vehicle. I've NEVER heard of such a thing. I work with lawyers everyday and guess what? They round up their hour. The technician took 22 minutes. Well, then fine, charge me for 22 minutes. But they charge me $203 to. Basically tell me that my sunroof was broken which I already knew. I was so pissed off. I just paid it but I will never go there again.I told them not to even bother with sending me an estimate. I will never go there again. By the way, they wanted to do a 200 something dollar oil change a while back which I thought was ridiculous. I got the same oil trains at Valvoline for just over a 100 bucks.

This company should be reported and investigated for fraud. I returned a part and was told my payment had been refunded over the phone and via email. I never received my refund and after getting thrown around to 4 different people in different departments, they quit responding at all. At that point they had my the part and my money, middle finger to y’all! I filed a claim through my credit card company to dispute the payment. They absolutely suck at customer service and if zero or negative stars were an option, I would’ve chosen either.

Have you been looking for bizarro-world auto service? Because you've come to the right place! The service department for our Audi was pretty abysmal overall during previous encounters, but today's experience absolutely takes the cake and convinces me that when you need Audi service at Autohaus, you truly are entering into bizarro-Audi central. About 5 weeks ago, we took our Audi in for a routine checkup and to have them look at two items that needed repaired. They took notes in the needed repairs and scheduled us for a month later (a month plus is your standard expected wait time for service, btw). They also gave us a quote for the service and we scheduled the service for the repairs. Today, we returned to have the additional two items repaired - per the appointment mentioned above - and were told that they couldn't complete the repair because they weren't aware of the parts they needed to order. Yes, that's actually the reason they gave. We saw on the service appointment that it clearly indicated the needed repairs from our visit five weeks prior. We pointed that out, and reiterated the timeline of these issues to the service team. We asked if it was possible to have the timeline moved up since (1) this was clearly their error and (2) we've already been waiting 9 weeks total at this point but we were flatly refused any accommodation. I can definitely say that while we love our Audi, we will never again purchase another one as long as we live in this area due to the absurdly poor service. If a 0 star rating was available, they'd receive one.

Placed an order which was unexpectedly canceled by AutoHaus the next day. Follow up calls and emails to AutoHaus went unanswered and no refund issued.

I ordered a Mercedes part that somehow has the same part number as another, and of course I received the wrong one after paying an extra $30. For expedited frieght. No return call, no email response, the even are able to take down there bad reviews on there own site. How convenient is that, this place needs to be taught a lesson. I just want to add, this location is not in any way connected to AUTOHAUS PARTS the bad guys are the one with PARTS DELIVERED at the end. Autohaus parts site Rocks!!! Sorry guys if I mislead anyone.

I panicked after seeing the reviews here but I had already placed my order. I’m baffled why such poor reviews. I received my order that was packaged nicely and they shipped right away. On top of that I feel I got a great price. Would definitely order parts here again. Thanks!

Great to deal with!! Bought my first Audi 4 years ago and couldn't be happier. My son bought his first Audi today and I know he will love it! Both sales and service are great to work with! Definitely made such a big decision and investment very easy.

I ordered a pair of lift cylinders early this month. When it came I just got one cylinder and it was really greased up. I figured I made a mistake and ordered another one. This time product came in a pack of two and the cylinders were not greased up. I asked for a full refund off the first order but have not heard back yet.

Placed an order and they asked for the VIN. Sent the VIN and no response. 5 days later they cancel my order. Don't waste your time with them!
