I had some light problems, I know what I wanted and explained to Vandala's what I needed she knew exactly what I was looking for. She even came out to check on me a couple times to see if I needed anything else. Because I explained to her that we were up here from Southern Indiana getting my son's truck that broke down. I gave her my business card to tell her thank you for your help and the next day she texted me to see how things were going also to see we made it home which was 4-5 hrs away. And again thanks Vandala for your help!

I initially called to get a price on a part which I was not quite sure the actual name so I gave the description the young man I took my call this was not knowledgeable enough and asked me if I would bring the old part in I understand but my mechanic explained this is something they should know because it's doing specifically with an area it's a hit or miss depending on the representative you speak to

Ive used Autozone most of my life.
I needed a fuel filter.
Marked on shelf $4.28
Thats usually what I pay at Ace Hardware.
So I buy it, run out and put it on my bike so I could leave. I shouldve looked at my reciept sooner,( which I highly recommend if you shop there). I was charged $13.99.
Thats the last cent Autozone will ever see from me.
The service rep said, sorry bout that we are trying. What a racket.

I paid for my wiper blades and this guy named Eli was very helpful in fitting them on my car, then I offered him a tip as a token of appreciation but he won't take it.
They have very good customer service.
