I attempted to port in my number to boost infinite Mobile from T-Mobile. T-Mobile confirmed to me several times that they have ported my number out at the request of boost. Boost refuses to activate my line they can't figure it out because they sent it to regular boost and it should have gone to boost infinite. They messed it up and no one can figure it out meanwhile they have my payment for a month service they cannot activate my phone and they say they cannot generate a port out pin so I can leave and go somewhere else. So they have taken my money and my phone number from me. I am locked out of my accounts because I cannot receive calls or texts. I have had no phone service for 7 days now every minute almost that I have not been working I have been on customer service with boost infinite. They have never done anything but talk for hours create tickets and never contact me about those tickets or ever activate my service. So now I have to go to a new phone company and get a new phone number because I cannot get my phone number from them it has been confirmed to me by T-Mobile that my phone number is active on the AT&t network I contacted AT&t and they said it is through boost. But they will not give me my phone number back and they will not give me service and they have my money. I don't understand how this can happen.

Aaron and Cassidy were both the only helpful people for me with this past experience. They should replace the rude lady that was supposed to be helpful from support-she totally wasn't! Aaron and Cassidy are great...joci too! She's the bomb

It state right on Google.they do not charge set up fees. This lady tried to charge me 60 bucks to set up a phone.This isn't the only time. So a promotional deal. 20 dollar phone was 93 buck after set up fees and taxes???

I had my first visit to a boost to see what the government tablet thing was and a worker named marissa was able to help me found out it was only her second week!! she was great and seemed to know so much already highly recommend this location!
