It was awful. All I needed to do was have them honor what their phone representative explained to me on the phone call, that I would be able to receive a new phone with no charge; since I am having trouble with my current phone. I am an insured customer of many years.

The people at boost here in peoria really went above & beyond helping me resolve an issue i had with my phone...big thanks to Kelsi & the disrict manager ( sorry his name escapes me), more businesses need employees that look out for their customers like they did, making the experience as stress free as possible...i am very happy with the customer service & level of professionalism at work here...thanks again!

I didnt use to like coming to western store because the previous worker was always so rude but the new girl i believe her name is Bri helps me anytime and is always so nice even when its busy, she still greets me and and lets you know she will be with you as soon as she can.
