I went for my daughter's first birthday build a bear and everyone was so nice to her and attentive to what she wanted. I knew it was a good thing to go this location when she doesn't cry because of the fact she's so shy around new people. Got the pineapple axolotl, it's so adorable!

We have taken almost all of our grandkids and 1 foster daughter there and the staff is always super nice. They are great with the kids,even our shy ones.

Build-A-Bear has friendly, helpful staff. My son liked the first one so much when we traveled again we got a second one.
