Went to build a bear today for my daughter’s birthday - the $30 bear she picked had fuzz coming out of the nose where you could see the lining. Also the lady that stuffed the bear had somewhat of an attitude and bad vibe - she didn’t do the “experience” where you kiss the heart - make a wish - etc. just very flat. The lady running the counter wanted to rush over and rush us as we were looking for the bear - she was asking if we were ready - 1 minute into looking at the selection - I asked her nicely to give us some time. For $55 the experience was not great. Hope they change their vibe in there.

I went for my daughter's first birthday build a bear and everyone was so nice to her and attentive to what she wanted. I knew it was a good thing to go this location when she doesn't cry because of the fact she's so shy around new people. Got the pineapple axolotl, it's so adorable!

We have taken almost all of our grandkids and 1 foster daughter there and the staff is always super nice. They are great with the kids,even our shy ones.

Store was well stocked especially with the Pokemon plushies but the lady who was stuffing my plushie was kinda rude I wanted mine more firm and she said “uh are you gonna take your foot off the pedal” in a rude tone. I didn’t know if it was firm yet and she gave no hint that it was or anything, she was too busy talking to my friend and her co worker. I don’t mind if you talk to anyone of course but you absolutely didn’t have to be rude like that. And it made me feel bad for even being there. So yeah, never going back to that location

I went to build a bear today with my husband and friend to make Christmas presents. Bridgette was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. I was hoping to get a munchlax but didn’t see any out. She volunteered and looked in the back, she didn’t find any there then double checked the floor to make sure we didn’t miss it. She went above and beyond in explains the process to make a bear in store and if we decided to wait and order one online. She also let us know about the gift card promotion, since we were buying things in store we could get 1/2 price gift cards to buy the munchlax online. I saw her interact with the other customers and she was just as kind and helpful. She was a delight! She spreads cheer throughout the store.

So this morning I got my eyebrows cleaned up and as I was leaving I saw , BUILD A BEAR so I went in to ask a question!! Guess what I purchased a dog named Bailey for my husband with a special message inside to keep him motivated!! JENNA WAS SO PATIENT WITH ME . Came here for my son’s first birthday and had the pleasure of working with Ella. She is absolutely wonderful!! Such a sweet personality and really took the time to ensure my baby was included in the process :)

Went here for the first time with my daughter yesterday and I’m highly disappointed. The manager with the oxygen mask on at first was rude when I asked her what are the steps to making your own stuffed animal since it was our first time inside of this store. She had an attitude and instead of showing us around the store, she pointed and proceeded to tell us what to do instead of getting off her phone and showing my daughter and I how everything works inside this workshop. Thankfully, the third coworker came in and saved the day with her kindness and helpfulness when she seen us confused on certain things within the workshop. During checkout, they also didn’t mention anything about my daughter making a birth certificate for her stuffed animal. Spent over 100 dollars here and I’m still highly disappointed, we will not be returning back.
