I want to apologize for incorrect information I posted last week
My phone is blocking every unidentified call.
Kim the Manager did return my calls as did Jake they both were very professional .
however my phone doesn’t show them as a missed call or a recorded voicemail.
As we continue to resolve the issue there has been much effort placed in getting it done!

This bank used to be the bomb before they combined w SS bank. They closed my favorite location downtown before reopening it later. Service was always timely and super friendly. Now you have to wait and wait and wait for a banker to perform simple tasks like getting a replacement debit card. I went on my lunch break and went over on time for my break and didn’t have time for lunch. Also new guy asked me repeatedly for the same information over and over! Made a deposit with withdrawal part of it, wrote it out, but he still asked me if that’s how I wanted my money twice…yes, just like it shows on the deposit / withdrawal slip. Maybe it wouldn’t take as long to wait on customers if you didn’t question them repeatedly. Very slow at customer service but quick to hit you with overdraft fees. I have been there since the awesome warm cookie days but I’m gonna move to an online only bank that waives some atm fees and gives you at least 24 hours to cover an overdraft!

If I could give a lower rating I would went thru the ATM it said take your money then said the transaction was cancelled went to the window and called the get a number to find out why and since we are not a member of the bank we are a no body!!!!!!!!P.S. don't go here

I have let this bank know, twice, that my accounts have been embezzeled. Instead of helping customers, they Stonewalled me and put effort into protecting themselves instead of their customers.
