Really wanting to purchase a bike, I decided to stop here as my 1st brick and mortar store visit… 100% plan on returning. Young man named Wyatt was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, etc. Very refreshing to get that type of customer service.

I stopped at Bushwacker yesterday along my trail ride, in search of bicycle upgrades and accessories. The staff members that assisted me were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They worked well together as a team, referring to each other for areas of expertise, and the manager was also very present and friendly. They gladly helped me install the parts purchased, and I learned a lot about other elements I aim to add in the future. I appreciate all of the assistance and look forward to returning.

We are Colorado cyclists in town and had to get some last minute unexpected service. Bushwackers came highly recommend by locals and they delivered. Drew and Cole not only took care of us quickly, but we're so kind enough to take the extra time to educate us about my new bike, the repair, and answered all of our questions about the local cycling scene. I just had a wonderful experience doing the SUP yoga class. I was a newbie to this and I didn’t know what to expect. The teacher gave such good instructions that I was able to feel comfortable and confident on the board during the class. I Completely recommend this for something new and fun to do. Being on the water at wildlife prairie park was so peaceful. Birds chirping, cozy warm sunrise, and soft scent of flowering trees ❤️ when is the next class? I’m ready for more! I bought my first pair of Altra Lone Peak Hikers here. Jennifer was very helpful and kind to me. She went out of her way to help me become the hiker I am today. I currently own 4 pair of those same shoes. The owner of this shop was also very kind and helpful to me. I can’t say enough about my experience with Bushwhacker and Peoria in general and how positive it was. Picture is the actual pair from them with a brand new pair. Walk it off??✌?✨✨✨

Dropped my skis off for new bindings. Got great customer service like I always do. Jake went above and beyond delivering my skis to me, since I couldn’t make it back down to get them. Shop local!!

If you’re coming here ask for Jake. Talk guy with a great mustache. He is the most helpful person I’ve ever seen in a store. I asked for tips on winter gear for snowboarding season and he put together a whole outfit for me, showed me which size snowboard I’d need and was generally super helpful. This dude is awesome I hope the owners see this!

In late June, I bought an electric bike from Bushwhacker. I waited over an hour while they ran around the store trying to find the keys that access the battery compartment. Finally, I was promised that they would mail them to me. After 3 weeks, I did not receive any keys. I called three more times between mid-July and mid-October but they kept telling me they were on backorder and were going to check on it. These excuses seemed suspicious so I contacted a Giant representative who told me that they had plenty of battery compartment keys available if Bushwhacker would request them. As of early November, Bushwhacker has not contacted me about the keys or even offered to compensate me for the continued lack of poor customer service.

Back for the Tent Sale in September! I have to mention the staff at Bushwhacker is awesome! Drew and Ethan helped set up my new cycling shoes and provided customer service that was next level. Check out was completed by Jake, who also provided awesome conversation and set the tone for a great day! Can't recommend this place highly enough! Always a great experience!Really like this store! Whenever we are in Peoria I always have to stop! Great selection of bikes, specifically mountain bikes! They also have tons of gear and always have a clearance section with plenty of hidden gems!
