Everyone at this location is so nice! Our high energy dog loves it and wags his tail every time we go. Easy affordable day care for when life makes it hard to take care of your best buddy, especially if you work long stretches. I rest easy knowing my pup is well cared for. Highly recommend. Plus since it’s a national chain we can use them when travel (as long as they pass their interview). Seriously life savers.

We love camp bow wow, more importantly, our pup loves camp! She gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. The staff takes great care of her. We even use their grooming services, and Sage does an amazing job; she always makes out little fuzzy puppy look like the cutest stuffed animal

My dog Daisy always has fun at Camp Bow Wow! I that they offer optional enrichment actives so she can get some extra one-on-one attention. Daisy is well taken care of by the camp counselors at Camp Bow Wow and I like that I can check in on her on the Camper Cams!

We love, Camp Bow Wow! And our dog, Bongo, loves it even more. It is great experience for him to learn how to socialize with other dogs. The staff is great and Bongo loves them all.

came to this place because I was visiting from Texas. they welcomed my dogs in with open arms and treated us with respect and love. Sitka did well for being in a new place and Troy was so tried he didn't move all night. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs.

I love the way they treat our dogs!! Both were a little timid at first but they put in so much patience and time to make sure they felt comfortable. Every staff member I have came in contact with has been SO friendly. I highly recommend!!!

Camp Bow Wow allows me to travel while feeling comfortable that my dog is in good hands while I am away and I love being able to see him via the cameras on the app. The staff is friendly and seem to like their jobs; facility is nice and there are a variety of services available. It also provides him the opportunity the to socialize with other dogs. And, this high energy dog always comes home worn out!

Don’t use their grooming. They will not listen to what you want. They will do the opposite and a bad job at that. Then when you make a complaint you’ll get a call from them with absolutely no probing questions to understand the issue and a “thanks for your feedback”. Now I get to pay another groomer to fix their terrible work. The hilarious part is what I asked for: a short working dog puppy cut, would be significantly easier then the terrible poodle mutt cut they tried to do and failed at. Looking forward to pulling out burrs from these pom pom legs with 2in + hair when I asked for 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I will not use any of their services after seeing how their “thanks for the feedback” management operates. Embarrassing.

Grooming appointment was made for 9 am, they did not start grooming him until 1230 pm. Apparently they book 5 appt. At 9 am and groom as they arrive which is fine - but you should inform your customers of this. After 6 hours we picked him up, and it looked like they rushed through cutting him and did not reference what we asked for. we had even brought pictures to illustrate exactly what we wanted - a working dog cut. Theres a chunk of hair significantly shorter hair in one area of his head, ears were trimmed straight across and look choppy, legs aren’t even close to symmetrical, sides of his nose are very uneven and they cut his eye lashes down short. Do not recommend 6 hours and $100 later for an unprofessional, patchy, uneven, and likely rushed grooming.

My dog Chip absolutely loves it there and drags me in the door everytime. I do not worry about him at all while he is there as I know he is being well loved and taken care of and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.
