“Windshield Specialists, and CRYSTAL in particular, gave us amazing service! We bought our 2019 Honda Passport a couple of years ago and it needed a new front windshield and rear windshield. They did great work! Then about six months ago, the camera that controls cruise control and Lane Keeping Assistance (It’s located in the rearview mirror assembly, but it actually looks out the front windshield), went out. Victory Honda was no help, but CRYSTAL was golden through all of this. She took extra time and effort to make sure we were taken care of. I was able to order the part from a Honda parts place online and it saved us several hundred dollars from going to Victory Honda. She installed it and calibrated the camera and we picked it up on 3/9/26. My wife called me and told me that the cruise control is working perfectly! “This is a shout out to Brock, and the Peoria Stephens Auto glass team.
Originally was not a great situation in the least from another branch, but won’t dive into that.
After being informed of the issue at hand, and how it was being handled by the previous manager. Brock immediately contacted me asking questions, getting pictures, and also taking care of the damage that was done from the previous installation by another tech that has since been resolved internally and with haste.
It was the most on top of, courteous, respectful, and taking responsibility/being genuinely apologetic for the company, I was beyond impressed.
And no I would never expect someone to come crawling back to me with hat in hand, and begging for forgiveness. That’d be pretty ridiculous to expect. (usually just get a quick half sorry while trying to shove you out of the door or even better when they start to insult you because they can’t take responsibility or be adult enough to actually know how to provide customer service or even as little as have a conversation)
But Brock invited me down, inspected the vehicle on site, showed me the entire process of what he was going to do, how and when he was going to do it, and even showing me all the communication/information that was available as well as sat and listened to the entirety of the story, as well as agreeing with how ridiculous everything got especially with the timeframe
(which again was not his or Peoria’s fault, was other parties involved)
He didn’t have to but made me feel much better that someone in that entire situation from MULTIPLE PARTIES, he and Stephens Auto Glass in Peoria were the only ones to actually communicate, and actually deal with you like a person and not a number.
So Brock and the Stephens Auto Glass team in Peoria, you have my deepest thanks and gratitude for getting things taken care of right and how they should have been done 4 months earlier.
Also not only for being the only ones to work the extra mile and actually take charge of the situation, but also taking the time to talk, answer questions, listen, and get the issue resolved.
